Involved in all aspects of distribution and transportation for the company, the Shipping Clerical Assistant will perform scheduling and billings tasks on a daily basis.
This person will also resolve daily transportation issues, review and approve freight invoices, and administer the freight claims process with transportation providers including filing and follow-up.
1-2 years experience in shipping administration is desirable.
Microsoft Office skills including Excel, and experience in MRP systems also very helpful.
